We are fully registered with the Kansas Attorney General and carry general liability insurance, which protects your property during the project. We also work with experienced, insured subcontractor crews.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. The inspection and estimate are free, with no obligation. We come to your property, assess the situation, and give you a written quote before anything moves forward.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to three days, depending on the size of the roof and weather conditions. We give you a project timeline during the estimate.
What if something goes wrong after the job is done?
Every project is managed from start to finish, and we stand behind our work. If an issue comes up after completion, you call us directly and we make it right.
Do you handle work outside of Garden City?
Yes. We serve property owners throughout western Kansas, including Dodge City, Scott City, Sublette, Liberal, Deerfield, Holcomb, and Ulysses.
Who manages the subcontractors?
We do. One contractor takes responsibility for the entire project — including any trades we bring in. You never have to coordinate between different crews yourself.
